It has been totally renovated and furnished to a very high standard and has amazing harbour/sea views. Lower Largo has a fabulous sandy beach and there is a general grocery shop, a great pub called the Railway Tavern and the Crusoe Hotel which does excellent food all within a 2 minute walk of the house.
It is also close to Elie and a 15 minute drive from St Andrews. It is the perfect spot for visiting St Andrews, for golf; visit the picturesque fishing villages along the coast; tackle the Fife Coastal Walk; visit historic houses and gardens or simply relax watching the boats go by.

All rentals include the provision of quality bed linen, duvets, towels, liquid soap,hairdryers, gas and electricity . We also provide salt and pepper, washing powder, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid and other basic cleaning items that you would require during your stay.
The house is on two levels with a mid floor bathroom and comprises:-

Spacious lounge with comfortable three seater and two seater sofas, window seat with harbour views all set around a fireplace with Caithness slate hearth. There is a Smart TV and Wi Fi speaker and a selection of books and games to keep you entertained.
Dining / Kitchen – bright and spacious modern well equipped kitchen with oak flooring throughout with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and granite worktops. Dining table seating six. Window seat with harbour views.
Family Bathroom with walk in power shower unit with large profile limestone tiles, bath, toilet and wash hand basin, velux window.
Utility Room with washer/drier, sink and cleaning utensils.
Leading to a stable door with access to the outside patio area with views over the harbour.

Master Bedroom – a sumptuous and beautiful room with harbour views, king size bed and large TV .
Twin Bedroom – another lovely, bright and spacious room with harbour views and two single beds.

Outside overlooking the harbour and sea is a patio area with a bench and table where you can relax and watch the boats bobbing in the harbour.
There is private parking for one car in the parking space that goes with the house. Please note that this is located to the left of the house and beyond the garage as you are standing looking at the property. There is a sign that says “Private Parking for Bridgend House”. Additional parking is either on the street or in a large public car park at the top of the village which only takes a couple of minutes to walk from down some steps and along a lane past the Railway Tavern. Please note that the parking closest to the house is private parking for the owner of the Railway Tavern and must not be used.
